Mr. Reed founded Market Map in 2002 seeing a need for business
development expertise within many of the new companies working in
the areas of software, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology. Doug
possesses an extensive background in successfully launching markets.
He was part of launch teams for two wireless carriers, possesses a
broad range of contacts within the innovation community, and has
consulted with many successful young companies. Mr. Reed possesses
degrees from the University of Kentucky and University of Georgia.
Brian Taylor / Analyst
Mr. Taylor leads the Market Map e-commerce practice. He has an
extensive background in technology, marketing and Internet
development. Brian has held lead positions in these areas within
rapidly growing corporations. Before joining Market Map, he
developed his company’s web presence which accounted for 30% percent
of sales in 2003. Brian holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in
computer science from Transylvania University.
Byron Gabbard /
Analyst
Byron Gabbard is a consulting analyst with Market Map, specializing
in healthcare finance. Byron has held key positions within
progressive healthcare organizations with an emphasis on the
following: consulting, hospital finance and accounting. Byron holds
a degree in Healthcare Administration from
Eastern
Kentucky
University
and is currently
pursuing his MBA at
Morehead
State
University.
Denise Niles Canales /
Analyst
Denise Niles Canales is a consulting analyst with Market Map. She
specializes in business process
evaluation, research, and biotechnology. She presents at national
conferences on the use of
technology in evolving business processes, regulatory affairs, and
web-based business automation.
Her career has been focused on the medical research industry,
specializing in management
of research technology and using technology to drive business
transformation. She consults
with large scale research institutions, both public and private, and
helps clients evaluate
current processes, plan for change in their processes, and maximize
the use of technology to
gain process efficiencies. She is also an experienced trainer. She
provides clients with
regulatory analysis, and insight into the impact that technology has
on evolving systems
from a business perspective. She has designed and led the
development of award winning
software applications. She received her undergraduate degree from
the University of Texas,
and her Masters from Trinity University. |
